Want to extend the 12″ Y-axis travel on a LongMill MK2 12×30 to a 30″ Y-axis travel? You will need to swap your Y-rails with a longer length. These Y-axis rails are pre-cut to 990mm or 39″ long to give you just over 30″ of travel.
These rails are identical to the Y-rails used on the LongMill MK2 30×30 and 48×30.
Each order comes with one individual rail, two are needed per machine. You may need additional parts such as longer 1030mm T8 lead screws to complete your build.
