AltMill Chamfer Set

The AltMill Chamfer Set is filled with maker-favourite v-bits, allowing you to create intricate v-shaped grooves and beveled edges. V-bits are ideal for sign making, lettering, decorative elements and accented engravings. All bits have DLC coating for extra durability.

Downcut V-bits are excellent for cutting Oramask vinyl or other masking tapes, producing sharp, fray-free lines ideal for painting. Their angled geometry leaves the top surface with a crisp, precise finish. If intricate work is your business, these are a must have.

The set includes one (1) of the following:

• 1/4″ 30 Degree Downcut V-Bit – 1/4″ Shank-3F-DLC
• 1/4″ 60 Degree Downcut V-Bit – 1/4″ Shank-3F-DLC
• 1/4″ 90 Degree Downcut V-Bit – 1/4″ Shank-3F-DLC
• 3/8″ 90 Degree Downcut V-Bit – 1/4″ Shank-3F-DLC

Great for projects made from wood, plastic or soft metals, these common v-bits give you flexibility. Each bit has a 1/4″ shank. FYI: A bit’s angle helps determine the cut’s depth and width: wider-angle bits make shallow, quick cuts (for large areas) and narrower-angle bits create deep, precise lines for finer details.
