The Spring Loaded Anti-Backlash Nut is designed to be the successor to the regular T8 Delrin Anti-Backlash Block. The springs are designed to radially load the lead screws to adjust for backlash, leading to smoother movement and no adjustments needed after assembly.
The Spring Loaded Anti-Backlash Nut is made for T8 type 4 start 2mm pitch ACME lead screws like on the LongMill and provides high precision and repeatability with near-zero play or slop in the linear motion. Each set comes with 4 Blocks.
COMPATIBLE WITH LONGMILL MK1 AND MK2 12X30 AND 30X30 MACHINES ON THE X, Y AND Z AXIS AND LONGMILL MK2 48X30 ON THE Z AND Y AXIS.

For the LongMill to work properly, you should only use one set of nuts at any given time. Make sure to remove the old nuts, keeping all of the nuts and bolts as you will need them to install the new ones
Install nuts on the X, Y, and Z gantry as shown.
