Sienci Labs Inc. is an official reseller of Vectric Software. This page describes the relationship between our two companies.
We have decided to enter into this relationship with Vectric because many of our users have told us that they highly recommend using Vectric software with their CNC machines.
The LongMill is fully compatible with free software and purchasing software is not necessary for use with our machines. However, some users may choose to use software that is paid.
The resale agreement
Our relationship between Vectric and us is very simple. We buy licenses for their software at a discount in bulk and resell them to you. There is no difference in the product between purchasing Vectric software through our company, through the Vectric website, or from any other company. Prices (with some discrepancies due to currency conversion) are the same between the two websites.
Who provides the support?
Vectric provides support and training through tutorial videos, FAQ and User Forum, which can be accessed through their support website.
License downloads, management, upgrades, and other software support can be found through the customer portal on the Vectric website.
Why purchase the software from us?
By purchasing Vectric software through us, we get a percentage back to us from the sale. Purchasing the software through us means supporting our company through these profits.
How do I get my license key?
Once you purchase a license, you will get an email with the code and instructions to access the customer portal.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your license through the Vectric customer portal by paying the difference between the two licenses. For example, if you have Vcarve Desktop, you can upgrade to Vcarve Pro by paying the difference between the two programs.
