This NEMA 23 Closed-Loop Stepper Motor – 1.2NM is a Z-Axis-only replacement, exclusive to AltMill 2×4, AltMill 4×4, any LongMill MK3 and any LongMill MK2.5 that has upgraded to closed-loop stepper motors.

***You will need to swap your existing motors for the same ones – motors with red spacers for red and motors with black spacers for black – OR REPLACE ALL MOTORS AT ONCE WITH MATCHING SPACERS ON ALL THREE AXES. You cannot use a mix of different spacer colours or your machine won’t work..***
