Hi there! This section will cover some information about shipping for your order.
Here are some things you should know about shipping:
- You can get an estimate for shipping costs at the checkout page by entering your address
- Local customers can pick up items from our office in Waterloo, ON for free
- All in-stock items typically ship out within 3 business days
- A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order has been shipped
- If you have questions or problems with your order, let us know through out Contact Us page
Machine dimensions and weight
12×30 and 30×30 LongMills are approximately 60lb and come in a 41.5″x9″x11″ carton. 48×30 LongMills come in two packages consisting of a 41.5″x9″x11″ and 60″x6″x6″ box, weighting around 75-80lb. Parts that are ordered alongside your LongMill will come in the box or as completely separate packages.
AltMill 4×4 comes in 3 cartons 62″ x 16″ x 11″, and weigh 70-76lb each. Parts that are ordered alongside your AltMill will come in the box or as completely separate packages.
Backorders and preorders
If your order has items that are on backorder or preorder, the whole order may ship when everything is ready. If you want to have specific items shipped before your backorder/preorder items are ready, please indicate through the order comments during checkout.
Combining shipments
In some cases, if you have two separate pending orders we may be able to combine the order to save you shipping. We will refund you the difference in cost for shipping.
To combine your order, please:
- Purchase the additional items on our store
- Include in the order note at checkout with the order number of the purchase you want to have merged
- Send in a ticket through our Contact Us page to request the shipping refund
If your shipment has not already been packed and shipped, and there is a difference in shipping costs to merge, we will refund you the difference. Please note:
- Some accessories (such as gControl Panel, Vortex, T-tracks, Spindle Kit) must be shipped separately since they have weight and size restrictions. Although we can combine small parts together into a box, the accessories mentioned above cannot be combined and will incur separate shipping fees. Our online system will automatically configure your order with multiple shipping fees for these instances
- Combining shipping for two orders may delay your order, if your order contains an item that has a longer lead time or is backordered
- We cannot re-charge for items, once a refund is made and you change your mind, the order will need to be cancelled completely and re-ordered.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to combine your order.
If you want to remove items from an existing order, please contact us, and we can remove the items from your cart and refund you the difference.
Duties, taxes, and tariffs
At our store checkout page, Canadian customers will be charged sales tax based on their province.
At our store checkout page, some US customers will be charged sales tax based on their state.
Depending on your country and location, you may be subject to duties, taxes, and/or tariffs. This is most likely to happen if you make a large-value order. Usually you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to provide information about the order (invoice, receiver’s tax information) and to pay for the fees before you receive the delivery.
At this time, due to USMCA our products can ship to the US without duties. For more information about US duties and taxes, please refer to this page.
Pick up from our office
If you are local to us, you can choose local pickup when selecting a shipping option during checkout. We will send you an email when your items are ready for pick up.
Our address is 120 Randall Dr Unit 1D, Waterloo, ON N2V 1C6. We are typically open for pick-ups between the hours of 10AM to 5PM. If you require a pick up outside of these hours, please contact us.
