DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon): is an innovative, thin coating on this endmill, composed mainly of carbon that improves its longevity. DLC coating offers a high-level of hardness, superior friction/wear properties and excellent adhesion resistance.
FL: short form for flutes used in the product naming (flutes are the spaces in between the twist of the drill bit, which are designed to pull out the removed material from the hole without wearing the tip of the drill bit.)
