ATC Tool Rack (6 Tools)

This 6 position Tool Rack lets you level up so you can go full automation mode with your Automatic Tool Changer. It can hold up to 6 tools or combine up to two tool racks to hold a maximum of 12 tools on  your AltMill. Plus, the rack can be easily removed to accommodate larger materials along with the integrated rack sensor to automatically switch tool pickup behaviour.

Each order comes with one (1) tool rack; six (6) ISO20 tool holders; twelve (12) ER20 collects (mix of 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ & 1/2″). ATC spindle sold separately. Compatible with AltMill CNCs only.

This Tool Rack is designed specifically for Sienci Labs’ Automatic Tool Changer.

FAQs

Will this ATC rack work on other CNC machines?
No. It was designed exclusively for the AltMill. It will fit any size or model: MK1 or MK2; 2×4, 4×4 or 4×8.

Will non-Sienci Labs tool holders work on this rack?
Yes, most standard ISO20 tool holders are compatible with this tool rack.

How much travel will the tool rack take away from my AltMill?
You will loose some travel once the Tool Rack is installed. Here is the remaining area to play with:

  • 4×4: 43.5″
  • 2×4: 27.5″
  • 4×8: 99″
