I purchased my Altmill 4×4 last Dec. and was delivered in mid January. I have had nothing but problems. The spindle wire fell out and was replaced by Scienci. My proximity sensors have failed and been replaced. There is an insulation exposed wire on Y1 and I cannot get it to home properly. I have tried the Community forum. I have spent countless hours and went through the troubleshooting items on the website from Scienci. I have had to leave for the summer and won’t return until Oct. 1st. I wish I could have someone physically come and help me so that my $5,400 investment isn’t a large unusable footprint in my garage. I am very disappointed.

The auto touch plate using G sender is a wonderful piece of hardware. I mainly use just the Z axis set, but love the way you have to verify the connection before it will zero.
