I just ordered a LongMill! How can I get an update on when it will ship?

When you order a machine, you will see an estimated lead time on the product page. Your machine will ship within the time frame that is listed on the product page – we keep this up to date and update it whenever there is a change to the lead times.

Here are some emails you will receive to update you on the status of your LongMill:

  • An order receipt when you place the order
  • A notification to let you know that your order is being packed and will be shipped soon
  • A notification to indicate that your machine has shipped, providing you with your tracking and shipping information
