We currently don’t have plans on implementing this type of financing or purchasing since we’re unsure of the financial consequences our customers and general public offering this service would have. We’re also not particularly comfortable with the idea of people purchasing our products by incurring debt, even though we understand it’s the responsibility of the individual customer to make their own financial and purchasing decisions. It’s our first and foremost goal to offer a positive experience and our worry is that purchasing on debt without consideration about the implications of the purchase may draw customers who won’t have as good of an experience.
We also recognize that not offering some type of financing may also impact how accessible our products are to some customers and that we’re missing an opportunity to provide a positive benefit to some customers who may need to rely on these types of services to get into this hobby. So at the end of the day, we’re still on the fence about this.
